 There is a serious problem with the "Frame" covering up the visible
 controls of common applications (like the web browser or eToys).  The
 result is that when you try to hit the app controls, you end up getting
 the frame instead -- and then it's painful to get rid of it long enough to
 hit the control you were trying to hit.  Either the apps need to be told
 NOT to put their controls around the edges of the screen (hah!  Where
 would they put them -- in the middle?), or the "Frame" needs to either be
 always present, or not be popping up so intrusively.  I think the whole
 concept of the disappearing frame should be re-examined, now that we have
 lots of experience hating it.

 Another problem he stumbled across was that the top of the frame includes
 an icon for the currently running application -- but clicking on it
 doesn't do anything!  Instead you have to click on the picture of a TV
 screen to its left.  Counter-intuitive.
