 First off, my apologies if this merits a new ticket, but I figured I would
 throw it in here since other PTV issues were being discussed.

 In build 299 on my B2 system, the NewsReader activity fails to start.  Log
 below.   I updated from 239 so I am not sure where this bug is introduced,
 but figured you might already be aware of it before I go digging further.
