This is with a B2, as shipped.

I had a web browser running, switched to a Linux console and back, and
then somehow ended up on a screen that was all-white except for a small XO
icon. I think I ended up there because the function keys are overloaded
for things like screen brightness and so on. Probably I hit the button
that looks like a circle with 3 or 8 dots. Anyway, somehow I got into this
state, and I needed to get out.

I can bring up the frame via touchpad. (which is difficult) There I see
that the web browser is still running. I point at it. I try clicking on
it, but nothing happens. There is a menu that drops down with the title
and a couple dangerous options to share and kill the browser. I click on
 the title. Nothing happens.

I notice a sort of double-window icon on the right. That seems to kill my
browser. The browser icon goes away without warning. Bummer, maybe it
 crashed...

So then I try to start a new browser. For a brief while, I'm shown the big
circle thing with 3 copies of the web browser on it. Oops. Then that goes
away, leaving me with an empty white screen except for the frame. The
frame once again shows a single active browser, but of course I still
 can't use it.

Oh, there it is! The recognizable part of the browser was completely
 hidden under the frame.
