#985: frame should not activate while the keyboard is in use

I've noticed a few non-technical users I've given the laptop to have
trouble with accidental frame activation. What happens is I show them
abiword, and the first thing they do is push the mouse cursor out of the
way to the edge of the screen. They start typing, and then of course the
frame appears and disappears as their hands brush the touchpad. This is
very confusing to them ("what is this thing covering up what I'm typing?")

There are two changes that could fix this problem:

 1. The mouse cursor should disappear while the keyboard is in use, so
that users don't feel the need to push it aside. (It would be nice if
this was universal to GTK -- any time a key is pressed, the mouse
 disappears)

 2. The frame should remain hidden if 3 or 4 keys are hit in a row
(typing), even if the cursor touches the edge of the screen. If there is
no typing for 2 seconds straight, then the frame appears.

(alternately, maybe the screen edges shouldn't activate the frame at all,
 just the corners)
