 When I start an activity, it does not respond to keyboard presses,
 although the mouse does work.  I can restore focus by switching to the
 home view and then back to the activity, or by showing and then hiding the
 developer's console.

 Steps to reproduce:
 1.  launch the web activity
 2.  click on the url bar
 3.  attempt to type text

 expected result:
 1. text appears

 actual result:
 1. nothing happens

 This is with build 284 on a b2.
