Comment:

 Confirmed.  Fixing flow control for msh0 on the driver fixed:

  1. packets dropped on transmission (running iperf, from 20% to 0%)
  1. iperf stalls (apparently TCP could not handle such high losses)
  1. improved throughput (measured ~5 Mbps over mesh/direct link)

 Attached is a patch for the HEAD of olpc git.
