Comment:

 OK, I've attached the copy icon as well as icons for the SD Card and USB
 Drive.  The "internal flash" should simply be represented by the Journal
 icon itself.

 As far as the go back button goes, we should create it with a default
 "small" button object (which we may not yet have).  This would look just
 like a standard button, but have a height of, I believe, 30px.  Other than
 that, it should have the same API, supporting text with optional icon.  If
 I can get feedback that this control can be created easily, I'll work on
 preparing the icon to embed within it.
