 When in the Neighborhood view, if I mouse over a user, information appears
 beneath their user icon (their name, and the option to make them a
 friend). However, the box ALWAYS starts from left to right. If the user's
 icon is on the far right edge of the screen, this box will be cut off, and
 I can't see the user's name or make them a friend. This needs to be
 changed to make user information viewable if the user's icon is on the far
 right of the screen.
