 OLPC build 406 (stream development: variant devel_jffs2)

 The OLPC locked up during startup and bounced between logon console and X
 without ever starting sugar.  The problem was the addition of a WEP
 protected network to networks.cfg - when the network SSID entry was
 removed from there, the OLPC worked normally again.

 In this case, the machine just locked up when the WEP-protected network
 was selected.

 Overall this build has lots of trouble connecting to encrypted WEP
 networks.  I tried that at home as well and was never able to connect at
 all, even after providing valid credentials several times.  See all
 attached logs for further information.
