 The chirp failure on the capture appears to happen when the host is
 suspending, not resuminge.  That may be the analyzer trying to interpret
 the anomalous USB traffic described on #1752, and not the cause of the
 device disappearance described in this ticket.

 What if the device really never came back, i.e. that it did not reattach
 to the USB bus on resume?  Today we could replicate the problem only after
 343 successful suspend/resume cycles, with firmware version 5.110.16p0.

 Apparently the device did not "come back" after one of the iterations, but
 it did reattach to the bus on the subsequent iteration.  One possibility
 is that GPIO15, the out-of-band signal that tells the wireless module to
 reattach to the USB bus is missed.  Maybe we should assert GPIO15 again
 when the host detects that the device did not reconnect to the bus?
