 Replying to [ticket:1778 cjb]:
 > Ismael (CC'd) is in Uruguay, has a B1 with the latest firmware and
 build, and the backlight never comes on for him, either in the firmware or
 Linux.  He says the backlight has never worked on this laptop.  We need to
 get the laptop back and perform failure analysis.

 Well, the firmware said it was a B1, but looking a the sticker bellow the
 battery it's   a B2.
