 Add high score into the game.  Display on left-hand side, players can play
 as long as they want and increments high score.  High score stored in kuku
 state object, which is dumped on game exit, and loaded on game entrance.
 Last high score is displayed until overcomes the current one.

 Change the win screen to occurr after 10 levels, but keep with same score
 when reset the game.
