 The HUB wPortStatus register for port1 has USB_PORT_STAT_CONNECTION (bit
 0) unset, thus making the software think there is no device present
 during resume. I initially thought that this was a timing issue, but
 checking wPortStatus for port1 later on shows that it _never_ goes to
 one.

 Apparently the CHIRP stage is failing. Trace available at:
