 The Paste function in Paint does not work properly. If I copy/cut a
 selection and then Paste it, the selection will appear on the screen as
 though it had been Pasted. But it actually hasn't - if I move into any
 other mode aside from Make Selection, then the pasted selection will
 disappear. Likewise, if I try to Undo my paste while the pasted selection
 still is on the screen, it instead undoes the Cut, as though the Paste had
 never actually occurred.
