 Keyboard shortcuts need to be standardized. There is a multitude of
 modifiers on the keyboard (fn-ctrl-shift-alt-altgr) that need a general
 assignment (like ctrl for in-activity, alt for cross-activity, fn for ...
 something etc)

 For example, fn-x/c/v for cut-copy-paste seems most natural on the XO
 keyboard.

 Also, what's the theory for that with differing layouts?
