#1703: Problem with saving ".ico" format file in Paint

 Steps:[[BR]]
 1. Boot OLPC and launch Paint[[BR]]
 2. Draw something and click "Save Image File" icon to enable the
 dialog[[BR]]
 3. Select "File Format" as "ICO" and click "OK"[[BR]]
 4. There will be an Error dialog: "Unable to save file: ..." and click
 "OK" to go back the dialog of "Save Image File". The .ico format file
 exists => Problem
