Comment:

 The attached file, when opened in Firefox on FC7, does not have the same
 behavior as it does on the XO.  To replicate, open the file in your
 browser, then try to drag the head of the xo-guy.  In FF+FC7, the xo-guy's
 head moves when you drag it.  In the xo-browser, a file icon will appear
 under the mouse when you drag the head -- this is the aberrant behavior.
