 We need to have the default status of the microphone be "off". It seems
 the only way to guarantee this is to set V_REFOUT enable to OFF--which
 will also turn off the LED. Presumably this can be done in OFW during
 boot. Then we need to document how to turn it back on for applications
 that need to use the microphone (presumably through the appropriate
 Bitfrost API). (Note that V_REFOUT is exposed in alsamixer.)
