 To fix [http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/1321 bug 1321], I need to be able to
 tell the hulahop widget to grab focus.  If I call _chrome.setFocus(),
 however, there is no effect.

 Steps to reproduce:
  1. Grab penguintv from SVN (jhbuild)
  1. run the news reader activity
  1. press Right, KP_Right, or KP_6
  1. press up/down

 Expected results:
  * Moz frame should have focus, scrolling should work.

 Actual results:
  * arrow keys do not scroll.

 Filing this under sugar since hulahop doesn't have its own trac component.
 Prioritising high since this is a blocker for 1321.
