 My XO seemed to work fine, but when I opened it up to replace the ears
 with new (B4) ears, I saw that the coax cable to one of the antennas was
 broken off. This unit is so new it almost certainly happened in
 manufacturing.

 What test can we do to ensure these cable are intact when shipping?
