 Within the sugar browser on an xo (not in sugar-jhbuild), when you drag a
 rendered DOM element, a small document icon appears and is slowly dragged
 along instead of the desired javascript interaction (e.g., moving an
 element).

 Try loading the attached file in the sugar browser, then try dragging the
 head of the xo-guy to see the problem.
