#1644: USB port 1-1 timeouts after warm boot when devices are plugged in

On my B3 (w/kernel 2.6.22-rc3 [HEAD on 06/04/07) - Any external USB device
plugged into any port causes timeouts on port 1-1 after a warm reboot (i.e
 - 'reboot' from the kernel command line):

 usb-1-1: device descriptor read/64, error -110

Eventually the discovery process will expire and boot again proceeds as
normal, and all the external devices will be operational. Plugging any
new devices in after this point will cause the timeout process to start
 again.

The only way to reliably get the wireless up on a warm reboot is to boot
with no devices plugged in. Note that once you boot, you can plug in
 devices and everybody is happy.

The problem definitely does not exist when you cold boot - regardless of
how many devices are plugged in.
