New description:

 I don't think this is the same as bug #1226. Wireless AP triangles
 sometimes appear almost entirely offscreen - e.g. only the very top vertex
 is visible. Just fixing the tooltip won't be enough for this, if you
 happen to just not see the 2 or 3 pixels at the bottom of the screen
 representing the actual AP.

 Edit: Seen on build 432.
