This card is truly and utterly crap. I found another non-Linux device (a
Rio MP3 player) and it can't access the card either. I also tried skipping
the SCR part, which results in every data transfer failing. So this card
is just paper weight (and a crappy one at that).
As for the problem with the CAFÉ, I am unable to figure out how OFW gets a
timeout interrupt. This is the state of the registers when Linux should be
getting it:
