Comment:

 >Charging the Ni-MH battery when system power off.
 >After show the green light(Battery full), power on it.
 >The battery capacity is 100%.-->problem
 This is not problem, the NiMH battery will charge until the capacity is
 100% when power off.

 >Unplug AC to discharge Ni-MH battery.
 >System shutdown at battery capicity around 18%~20%.-->problem
 >Plug AC and power on it, battery capacity show 7%.-->problem

 This issue same as tick#436.
