 The problem is indeed OFW.  If the filesystem is a FAT32 file system then
 when the activation script writes the lease to the key it corrupts the
 key.  I don't think OFW supports FAT32 due to patent concerns.  In the
 short term OFW should refuse to write to a filesystem it does not support,
 in the long term we may need to address what it will take to get FAT32
 support.

 Then again c_scott tells me that the writing of activation leases to the
 key is a short term work round until we get real activation so perhaps
 this is not that big of a problem.
