 Someone who joins a connect game after there are already two participants
 is a watcher, not a player. Currently they are shown the message "Joined a
 game. Waiting for my turn...". They should be shown something that
 indicates that they are a spectator instead.

 Once the activity supports restarting the game after somebody wins, it
 could indicate to the watcher that they will become a player in a future
 game.
