Comment:

 Retitling to 'reset build numbers to 50000'.  Not sure this is worthwhile:
 since the autoreinstaller stuff understands xxx, xxx.x, and xxx.xx build
 numbers now, we can avoid tweaking this until build 1000, at which point
 we could jump to 100000.
