 Sugar should copy to a private file the file pointed by the text/uri-list
 target. It happens for drops but not for copies (ctrl-c).

 This is preventing the Record activity to place photographs in the
 clipboard by ctrl-c, although dragging into the frame works ok.

 A quite simple patch is attached.
