 A lot of improvements has been made to the memosono activity by
 Eben Elaison and Muriel de Souza Godoi. Over the last weeks
 we have been merging the memosono game and the memorize game
 into one activity. The activity is now known as 'memorize'.

 Note: A patch has to be applied to the csound sources
 in order to make Memorize use ogg vorbis. If the
 oggplay opcode will not exist the memorize activity will
 still work just without sound.

 Some of the changes and features:

 * Free the audio device when not in focus

 * Memorize now uses the ogg vorbis format to play sounds
 which shrinks the bundle size by the factor of six

 * Fix bugs on display back card labels and add code to
 consider text alignment

 * Added sound to the games: letters1, letters2, numbers and
 phonemes

 * New card text render and new game Capitals

 * Added global align parameter for text displayed on
 cards

 * Added support for sound to the memorize activity
 using csound

 * Collaboration using tubes

 * Added new model which handles config files for games in xml
