 I opened one of the .ogg files that I recorded in Record with Watch and
 Listen. It was 16 seconds long in total. I pressed play and the file
 played properly, and the progress indicator moved along as the video
 progressed. After the video was done, the slider stopped properly. If I
 moved the slider while the file wasn't playing, then the slider would move
 properly, and if I resumed it would resume from the indicated spot.

 However, if you try to move the progress slider while the file is playing,
 it just completely ignores you. If you click and hold down on the
 progresss slider, the file will pause, but it won't change the position of
 the slider. If I'm at second 12 of a 16-second file and I try to drag the
 slider back to second 4 so I can rewatch part of it, the slider just
 doesn't move, instead displaying a buffering percentage, and as soon as I
 let go of the click it will resume without having been altered.
