Comment:

 We may need cyrus-sasl someday, and maybe ldap

 But breaking dependency chains is always good.  We certainly don't want
 evolution dependencies.

 What size are these elements?  I suspecp cyrus-sasl itself is small, but
 the plug ins for it account for the space.
