Rainbow's technique for cleaning up bind-mounts fails in the face of
recursive bind-mounts such as occur in /var.

Unfortunately, since there is no good way to topo-sort the mount tree,
we're going to have to iteratively unmount the intersection of
/proc/mounts and our island directory until we reach a fixed-point.
