 I just found the change that fixes this problem.  The reason I could not
 find it was because the source code given to me labeled PQ2C18 is really
 PQ2C17+fixes that ended up in PQ2C19.  Looking at the diffs from my latest
 vs the PQ2C16 source I see the change to the V85 function that fixes this.

 Carla: To fix this you either need to upgrade to our testing firmware or
 wait for the next release that has new firmware.
