 I have been chasing 1906 since walter reported it.  So far it only seems
 to happen with B4 and with the EC code from quanta that is in q2c17 or
 q2c18.  My current dev build or quanta's latest test binaries does not
 seem to have this issue.

 I've been looking over all the changes we have made to the EC code and I
 don't yet see a change that looks like it would fix this problem.

 David?  Did you make a change in the newer test versions that would fix
 this? If so then where?

 Carla: If you feel up to trying to upgrade your laptop firmware then some
 of our newer test firmware builds may fix this issue.
