Comment:

 The autoreinstallation script parses q2c19b as version 2c19b hex, which is
 larger than the 2c19 which the firmware reports.  That is why it reflashes
 every time.  Try renaming the file q2c19.rom and things should work fine.

 I'm guessing you're seeing problems because the firmware version numbering
 issue requires you to remove and reinstall the usb key/sd card, and you're
 not doing that at the "right" time.  Using a proper firmware version
 number should let you leave the card in the slot during reflash and reboot
 -- let me know if that doesn't work.
