Comment (by Bryan.Ma):

The B4 unit(in fact, only the MainBoard) was shipped from Shanghai
 factory,[[BR]]
so I only have the serial number on MB: "QTFICA72300115".[[BR]]

 Another observation we found:[[BR]]
1)Switch NAND flash from problem unit(unitA) to another healthy
unit(UnitB), the symptom still show on unitB.[[BR]]
2)Reflash NAND with *the same* build 513, the symptom disappear at
first, then gradually increasing until unitB fail to boot under OFW. [[BR]]
The methods we use to reflash are:[[BR]]
     -select /nandflash[[BR]]
     -scrub[[BR]]
     -copy-nand nand513.img[[BR]]

If the cause for the complaints come from DMA transferring(or RAM
 corruption?),
we're confused why they're still there after swiching NAND to another
 well unit ?
