Comment:

 The signature we get in the C factory is a{sv}. The reason seem to be that
 we are passing in dbus.Strings as values of the dict rather than normal
 strings. I'm reassigning to Simon. Is this a dbus-python bug or am I
 missing something?

 I checked in a workaround in sugar, So I'm making this Trial-3.
