 This bug is telepathy-salut specific (works fine with Gabble).

 Currently Avahi doesn't allow service multi announcers. So, when the
 creator of the muc left, this muc is not announced anymore on the network.
 Then when he tries to rejoin the activity he creates a new room.

 Avahi guys are working on multi announcers support that should allow us to
 fix this problem in Salut.
