 We have an activity in the builds, Video Chat, that uses XMPP via
 Telepathy. It doesn't need any extra resources on the server to work. We
 can put the Telepathy SIP backend on the laptop if we'd like to do SIP as
 well; presumably we'd want FreeSwitch or Asterix on the school server to
 go with that. (I'm not sure whether you need a SIP server just for
 incoming calls or for outgoing ones as well.)

 In other words: what are our requirements for closing this? Kids talk to
 kids? Kids talk to PSTN? PSTN talks to kids?
