 In the neighborhood view, XO iconss are supposed to gather around the icon
 of the shared activity they're participating in. This isn't working
 properly right now. With three XOs (a B4, a B3 and a B2) all in the same
 Chat activity, the B4 and the B2 see the B3 next to the Chat icon but no
 one else, and the B3 sees the B2 next to the Chat icon but no one else.
 None of the XO's own icons moved from the center.
