 In summary, we are saving 11.7mW by powering down the keyboard/mouse. The
 measurement while powered down is in the noise; there is no power being
 drawn after powering down.

  < Mitch_Bradley> to wake it back up, you have pull the data line low for
 one second.  That requires EC intervention.
 Becuase of this, I was unable to verify that we can bring the keyboard
 back up.
