 I added the combo. Eben why do we have a 20px margin on the icons? Is that
 really what you want? (the combo will have his own margin already
 probably). Also we should discuss how mini icons relates to normal size
 icons exactly. I'm not sure using a different icon name is a good idea.

 I'm tempted to punt icons to Trial-3, so  that we have more time to figure
 out this issues.
