 As mentioned in bug #1637, two terminals is not enough for various core
 tasks.  For coding, it is useful to have "one to edit code, one to run it,
 and one to watch logs' as well as at least one more terminal for things
 such as irc".

 At the moment I file this bug, there are two different people in the
 office (actually using laptops to develop code) who have mentioned they
 could use another terminal.  Four seems like a reasonable number.
