 I'm only getting email notification on ticket changes if I'm the assignee
 of the ticket. I need to get notification when any bug that I either
 reported or an CCed on changes.

 This is really impacting my work, since I have to periodically visit every
 single bug I care about every few days and scan for changes manually. :(
