Any time an activity is launched, we should transition to the Home screen
(if not already there) so that the pulsing icon appears in the ring,
indicating that it's launching. (So far, so good) When an activity has
finished launching, we should automatically transition into its fullscreen
activity view, but ''only if the Home view is still focused at that
time.''
Unfortunately some activities take a considerable amount of time to
launch. Due to the hardware and also to our inability to prevent future
third-party activities from taking longer than optimal, we should expect
that a child may launch an activity and then go back to what they were
doing before. Another example is the boot example, where a child may
launch 3 activities at once and (either automatically or by choice) dive
into the first to launch when able. It would be quite disorienting if the
visible activity switched every time another activity finished loading.
As such, we should only transition to an activity automatically if the
Home screen is visible when it finished launching.
