 I've had this problem on a B4 as well. Did you get the "Could not activate
 this XO. Serial number: SHFxxxxxx" error?

 Basically, here's what I've found trying to autoinstall 528 on B4s (I did
 it on 10 of them in total):

 If I inserted the USB stick before powering on the XO, powered up while
 holding the X game button, released and allowed the autoactivation
 sequence to go, and then *did not remove the USB stick* even after it was
 done reinstalling the image, activation worked with 100% consistency (10
 out of 10 tries).

 However, if I removed the USB stick after the installation of the image
 was done, I got the error I mentioned before, and the XO shut down shortly
 thereafter. This also happened with 100% consistency (5 out of 5 tries).
