 Wad suggested:

 "In order to save 55 mW (at least), we are rewiring the LEDs on the laptop
 to have a higher supply voltage.  Is it possible to have WLAN_EN (GPIO01)
 and WLAN_ACT (GPIO12) be active high in a future release of the firmware ?
 This would save six or seven cents..."

 We are tracking this.
