Comment:

 Can we get this going immediately after Trial-2, by getting it into
 firmware and then the driver?  I'm assigning this to jcardona as a
 possible start; whomever does the firmware should reassign this to marcelo
 or dcbw for implementation in the driver.  Then it should get reassigned
 to dcbw for network manager implementation...
