 PPS:  I plugged the same SD card into the !SanDisk !MicroMate and plugged
 them into the lower right USB slot.  Then power cycled, holding down the
 game button.  It was able to read it and reflash from it; the card is not
 at fault.  (It didn't activate, though -- see next bug.)
